Consumer Confidence Report & How to pay your bill

The 2024 Consumer Confidence Reports are ready.  They are located at the top of this page under Forms & Reports - "Water Quality Report."  All customers on Excel Road and west will view the City of Manhattan report which is Sys 2 CCR.  All other customers (System 1) will view the System 1 Com CCR.  If you would like a hard copy mailed to you, please email a request. With the new EPA and KDHE requirements a letter about Lead and Copper was also sent. ***If you are wanting to have your house tested you can order a kit at MyTapScore.com.*** https://mytapscore.com

Next month the "billing/bill pay" links will be changed due to new billing software. You will need to add your information to "Ampstun" and delete your information in "Invoice Cloud". The link to Ampstun is http://rwd1ptco-customers.utilitybillingsystem.us/#/login. You will need your account number and name to register. For assistance call our office during regular buisness hours.

If you notice water on the ground or running out of the ground or if you have low or no water pressurePlease Call (785 -456-2452)  no matter what time of day or nightIf after hours, there will be an option to leave a message or allow the call to go through to someone.

A large main line rupture can empty a water tower in a short amount of time. 

 If you are dropping off payments at the office on Flush Road Please do not put payments in the Blue Box by Flush Road. This box is for the Post Office Only. Please use the Drop Box located in the drive through by the building.

Backflow Prevention

KANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS

Yearly inspections and backflow testing - ALL residential customers with sprinkler systems are REQUIRED to have your system tested and inspected, annually, by a certified technician.  ALL Businesses are also required to follow these requirements.  Each year, you are required to mail the original signed certificate to our office - 5035 Flush Road, St. George KS 66535.
